The Vale's Licensing Policy
Under the Licensing Act 2003 the Council is required to produce a Statement of Licensing Policy, which sets out how we have interpreted the Act and the basis on which decisions are to be made, every three years. This policy will specifically relate to:
The current policy was approved by the Council in December 2004 and came into effect in January 2005 - the policy can be downloaded from the right of the page.
This policy was reviewed in 2007 and is due to be introduced in January 2008.
