How to contact the Housing Advice Team

The Council’s Housing Advice Team provides a range of services to people applying to join the housing register and to those who are homeless or in a potentially homeless situation. They can also offer advice on areas such as landlord/tenant rights, relationship breakdowns and basic money advice.

If the officers are unable to help with the specialist advice you might need, they can put you in touch with an organisation that night help.

All the housing officers listed below can be contacted on Freephone 0808 100 1617.

Please also see the Housing Advice Team service standards for details of the team's service standards.
