Arts development

The Arts Development Team strives to encourage and create opportunities for people who live, work and visit the Vale to enjoy the arts.

This involves supporting, advising and encouraging existing local arts groups, as well as developing new arts projects and programmes – particularly in the rural areas.

The Team is also involved in securing pieces of public art for the District and for ensuring that villages in the Vale can enjoy high quality arts performances on their doorstep via a varied touring theatre programme.
