How to view Building Control records
Public Access to building control applications submitted from 1994 is now available via the internet. The database shows all applications associated with any property within the Vale of White Horse District, including competent person notifications and initial notices from Approved Inspectors.
You can search in any of the following ways:
- If you know the full application number e.g. 08/00324DEX
- By typing in the street and finding the relevant property
- By typing the street and using the view map icon to locate the property. From the map you can search surrounding properties using the pan and identify icons
- Recently received applications can also be viewed by clicking the recent applications icon.
You can view and search for records via the Public Access database.
Please note that Public Access has been designed by the software provider for best use with Microsoft Internet Explorer. It may not be possible to access the system with other internet browsers.
