Proposals for Faringdon

Housing: A site south of Park Road has been identified for mixed development to include 420 new homes and employment. The site has the safest access to the A420 and is close to schools, the health centre and the town centre. Part of the site would be landscaped along the A420.

Town centre: The area around Budgens store and Southampton Street car park could be redeveloped to provide more shopping floorspace and better car parking.
