The Vale of White Horse Local Plan 2011 was adopted in July 2006 following a public inquiry by an independent inspector. The Plan incorporates the proposed modifications based on the recommendations of the Inspector's Report, which can be viewed and downloaded by following these links:
Until superseded by the Local Development Framework documents and the South East Plan, the Local Plan is part of the Development Plan.
How to view the Local Plan
The Adopted Local Plan 2011 can be viewed and downloaded by following the links below - the document has been split into separate chapters for ease when downloading. More details about what is covered in each chapter can be found in the contents section.
Copies of the Plan can also be inspected at the Council Offices in Abingdon or are available to purchase at a cost of £60, plus £6 postage and packaging.
