Retail Study

As part of the preparation of the evidence base to support the Local Development Framework, the Council commissioned a retail study. The purpose of this study was to undertake an analysis of shopping patterns in the Vale, retail use in the town centres of the Vale’s five main settlements, advise on and justify a strategy for retail use in the Vale and advise on retail policies to be included in the LDF.
