Local land charges
The Council's Land Charges Section responds to requests for information about charges and restrictions affecting property and details about planning, building regulations, roads, traffic schemes and environmental matters.
We normally expect to complete a search within 10 working days. However, if you have not received a response to a request for a search within 3 weeks, please telephone 01235 520202 and ask for our Local Land Charges staff.
With effect from 1 April 2008, the fees for Local land Charges Searches are as follows: -
