How to apply for a Community Grant

To ensure that the Council has all the information it needs to make a decision the grant application form must be completed. The grant application form can be downloaded from the related documents section on the right of this page. It can be completed on your computer then printed out and sent to the Council; alternatively you can print it out, complete it by hand and send it to the Council.

Completed forms need to be returned to:
