Councils announce groundbreaking plan to create a single shared Senior Management Team (Monday 7 July 2008): The leaders of South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse councils today confirmed that their two councils are involved in detailed discussions about introducing shared management arrangements. They are taking reports to their respective councils on the 16 July to seek formal endorsement of the proposals.
