Abbey Shopping Centre, Abingdon
Abbey Shopping Centre (formally known as Bury Street shopping precinct) is owned by the Council but the management of the centre is leased out. In December 2008 this leasehold agreement was taken over by Scottish Widows and the Council is discussing terms with the new leaseholders.
