Affordable Housing Viability Study

As part of the evidence base for the Local Development Framework the council commissioned consultants BNP Paribas to undertake a viability assessment of it's affordable housing policy. This is essential to show that the councils policy is realistic and its provisions can be afforded by developers. The final viability report and its supporting appendices are set out below.
