How to report a missed rubbish, recycling or brown bin collection

If you think that your rubbish, recycling or brown bin has not been collected please check that you have the correct collection day before reporting this to us so that we can make arrangements for your waste to be picked up. You can report a missed collection to us either by:

We will endeavour to ensure your waste is collected as soon as possible. Reports of missed collections that are received before midday should be rectified the same day; those received after midday should be rectified the next day.
