  • Friday 31 March: − the phone lines and emails for our council tax, benefits and business rates services are currently out of action. Online accounts for these services should be working as normal.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Work is underway to try and rectify the issue, however services may continue to be impacted over the weekend.

Report anti-social behaviour

If you wish to report an incident of anti-social behaviour (ASB), particularly where it relates to criminal activity (e.g. harassment, violence, vandalism, drug dealing, public order), please call the police on 101 or visit the Thames Valley Police website. Always dial 999 in an emergency.

If you are a tenant of housing association/registered social landlord, we would also encourage you to report any incidents of ASB directly to them (including noise nuisance) so they can take action and provide support.

Alternatively, you can report ASB to us and we will work with partner agencies to try and resolve the issues. To report a new anti-social behaviour complaint to us, please click on the relevant link below to submit an online form:

If you cannot see the issue you wish to report in the options above, please take a look at What is anti-social behaviour?. Alternatively, contact us to discuss your enquiry or submit an ‘other’ ASB complaint form.

For more information on how we handle your case please see what we as a team will do when anti social behaviour is reported to us.

Or you can view our full ASB case management policy here.
